New Life Apostolic Church
Pastor David Veloz and the congregation of
the New Life Apostolic Church would like to extend an invitation for you to join
us in worship. The New Life Apostolic Church is a young thriving church that
seeks to serve Jesus and our community. We have been blessed with a talented
Praise and Worship Team along with a growing Children's Ministry.
Mission Statement:
In obedience to our Lord Jesus Christ, the mission of the New Life Apostolic
Church is to see lives transformed. We are committed to teach, reach, and love
the communities of the Treasure Valley (Matthew 28:18-20). Furthermore, we
commit to share the Gospel to friends and neighbors in our communities and
throughout the world.
Purpose Statement:
The purpose of New Life Apostolic Church is to be obedient to God, expand His
Kingdom, and see the transformation of individuals by the power of Jesus Christ.
Purpose in Prayer:
Jesus said in Matthew 21:13, 'It is written, my house shall be called the house
of prayer.' In Acts 6:4, the Apostles said, 'we will give ourselves continually
to prayer, and to the ministry of the Word.' Prayers is the power that fuels the
Church to accomplish great things.
Purpose in Worship:
Psalms 95:6 says, 'O, come let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the
Lord our maker.' We are called to worship 'in spirit and in truth' when we
gather together in His presence. Our worship is expressed through song,
commitment, prayer, giving, and conduct that is pleasing to the Lord.
Purpose in Changing Lives:
God's desire is that none should perish, 'but that all should come to
repentance' (2 Peter 3:9). It is through a change of direction and change of
heart that Jesus transforms lives.
Purpose in Service:
In the parable of the Good Samaritan, Luke 10:33-37, Jesus demonstrated that we
are to touch those that are hurting. The church is those hands that reach
people, the feet that goes to those that are in prison, and to visit the widow,
and the fatherless (James 1:27).
Purpose in Discipleship:
In Ephesians 4:11, the five (5) fold ministry of the Apostle, Prophet,
Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher has been given to the church for:
The perfecting of the saints
The work of the ministry
For the edification of the body of Christ
